The Renaissance Indian Wells Resort & Spa in greater Palm Springs, Calif., recently unveiled an extensive renovation to its meeting space. The 560-room property's ballrooms and meeting spaces now showcase new carpeting and wall coverings, upgraded finishes on paint and woodwork, and furnishings that combine the modern classic style with an iconic Hollywood vibe.

New meeting space amenities include:
• High-top communal tables that can be used for overflow from bar areas or work spaces for meeting participants;
• Small casual seating areas for confidential networking;
• Upgraded banquet chairs;
• New carpet designs inspired by the hues of the desert floor, complemented by neutral wall coverings; and
• Décor consisting of curated art and accessories, vintage album covers of legendary artists, black-and-white photographs celebrating local architecture and historic moments, salvaged wood tables, and more.

The property also added several expansive "Star Suites," which salute various legends of entertainment; poolside cabanas; and a new restaurant offering a modern Italian menu. The hotel offers more than 100,000 square feet of function space across three ballrooms, 22 breakout rooms and more than 53,000 square feet of outdoor space.
