The 397-room Renaissance Newark (N.J.) Airport Hotel unveiled the results of a multimillion-dollar renovation last week. Work was both structural and cosmetic, as all the windows were replaced for better soundproofing, and all rooms now have flat-screen TVs, refrigerators and laptop safes. The menu at the restaurant, the Ironbound, has been reworked, and all public spaces, including the 17,000 square feet of meeting space, were redone.
