The 410-room Renaissance Palm Springs (Calif.) Hotel, formerly the Wyndham Palm Springs, has reopened following a multimillion-dollar renovation. Attached to the Palm Springs Convention Center, the property offers 30,000 square feet of convention space; combined with the convention center, the complex offers a total of 180,000 square feet of event space. Revamped aspects of the hotel include the lobby, which features the new Rocks bar and lounge, digital reader boards and high-definition TVs. The hotel's upscale restaurant, Date, serves California cuisine featuring local foods.
