A $22 million, yearlong enhancement project has been completed at the 1,098-room Marriott Copley Place in Boston with the opening of new meeting space. Three rooms, each with more than 1,000 square feet of space, now are available on the first floor, and a smaller room has been added to the function space on the second floor, bringing the hotel's total to about 70,000 square feet of meeting space. Last year, the property's 47 suites and health club were redone, a Starbucks was added, and the Champions restaurant and bar were redesigned, among other enhancements.
