The Rosewood Half Moon Bay Antigua is set to open in 2021. The resort will take up 132 oceanfront acres along Half Moon Bay in the Caribbean West Indies and will have 47 suites, each featuring ocean views, private infinity plunge pools, hammocks, open-air baths and showers, and live orchid walls in the bathrooms.
Among the amenities will be several food-and-beverage outlets, including a cliff bar and lounge overlooking the Caribbean Sea, and a pool grill and beach bar; an on-site organic farm will provide ingredients year-round. The on-site spa will have six treatment rooms, and there will be two pools, a fitness center and tennis courts. Biking and walking trails will be available, along with regularly scheduled beach activities. Rosewood Half Moon Bay Antigua also will offer an exclusive residential component.
"With its secluded location and breathtaking beach, Half Moon Bay is one of the world's most stunning hidden gems, and a natural destination for Rosewood's affluential explorers," says Sonia Cheng, CEO of Rosewood Hotel Group. "We look forward to integrating Rosewood's Sense of Place philosophy into Antigua's incredible natural environment to create unforgettable experiences for our guests."
