The 79-room Rosewood Puebla will debut in Mexico in 2016, the fourth Rosewood property in the country. Puebla, a colonial city and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is about 75 miles southeast of Mexico City. The new luxury hotel, near the city's main square, will offer outdoor courtyard seating, a bar, a Sense Spa, a rooftop bar, a pool and a 300-year-old chapel that will be available for weddings. Among many other things, Puebla is know for its Talavera pottery, mole poblano and being the site of the battle celebrated on Cinco de Mayo.
