The SLS Brickell Hotel & Residences, with 124 guest rooms and 450 condo residences, has debuted in Miami near the city's downtown Design District. The 55-story tower has more than 55,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor event space, including a ballroom and four breakout rooms. Two restaurants from James Beard Award-winning chefs are part of the property: Fi'lia from Michael Schwartz and Bazaar Mar from José Andrés. Other amenities include a fitness center and the Ciel Spa.

"SLS has created a new paradigm in the luxury hotel experience that resonates with a global audience," said Sam Nazarian, founder and CEO of SBE, the hospitality company that owns the SLS brand. "We already offer the ultimate South Beach experience with SLS South Beach and are now bringing our unique brand downtown. SLS Brickell epitomizes what we stand for: an uncompromising yet modern approach to luxury, infused with playfulness, spirit, creativity, and world-class cuisine and design."
