The Santa Clara Marriott, a 766-room hotel in California's Silicon Valley, has just completed a major multimillon-dollar renovation. The property now has remodeled guest rooms, a redesigned lobby and public spaces, a new restaurant and bar, a new M Club Lounge, updated meeting spaces, and an expanded fitness center. The hotel is within walking distance of Levi's Stadium, home of the NFL's San Francisco 49ers.

The interior design firm HBA San Francisco directed the redesign, which now incorporates geometric patterns and modern furnishings to evoke California style and a sense of the region's history of innovation.

The new lobby restaurant and bar, Bosc + Bartlett, is named for the pear orchard that once occupied this location in the late 1800s. Chef Jason Kina blends California cuisine with exotic Asian flavors to create a menu of innovative entrées and shareable small plates. The new eatery is just off the renovated Greatroom lobby, which itself features plentiful seating and a Starbucks café that sells house-made pastries.

Also just off the lobby is a new M Club Lounge, which serves breakfast, midday snacks and beverages, as well as evening appetizers and bar service for Bonvoy Platinum members.

The hotel's long-standing on-site restaurant, Parcel 104, continues to offer a seasonally rotating menu from chef Sergio Morales.

The property offers more than 29,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, including 26 meeting rooms, the California Ballroom with its own private entrance, and the Sedona Room, a light-filled space with floor-to-ceiling windows and an adjacent patio. All spaces are outfitted with robust WiFi and a state-of-the-art tech infrastructure.

The newly designed guest rooms all feature bathrooms with sliding barn doors and rain-type showers, as well as Silicon Valley-style, circuit board-styled artwork in the bedroom.

The hotel now offers a new, 2,500-square-foot fitness center, equipped with multiple treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, recumbent bikes, kettle bells and more. The room overlooks the outdoor pool deck, and is stocked with a variety of whole fruit that guests can take on the go.
