Sheraton Hotels & Resorts and fitness-training experts Core Performance are unveiling a $120 million fitness program customized for travelers. The program currently is being rolled out at 60 hotels and will be available at 70 more properties by the end of the year. All Sheraton properties globally will offer "Sheraton Fitness Programmed by Core Performance" by the end of 2011. The hotels will offer advice on mindset, nutrition, movement and recovery, including 20- to 30-minute "themed" workouts in Sheraton fitness centers; healthier dining options, both for in-room dining and at on-site restaurants; free, in-room video-on-demand workouts; and online training programs that guests can use either at home or on the road.
