A previously independent resort on Fiji has undergone an $18.5 million renovation and has been rebranded as the Sheraton Resort & Spa, Tokoriki Island, Fiji. The beachfront property on 35 acres features 101 rooms, including 30 Tokoriki Retreats with private plunge pools. The resort also has a pool, a fitness center, tennis courts, a theater seating 50 and a spa with four treatment rooms. Chef Peter Kuruvita's Flying Fish restaurant serves Fijian seafood and local produce.
