The 179-room St. Regis Aspen in Colorado has been sold by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide to 315 East Dean Associates, a Delaware corporation represented by Bangkok-based OptAsia Capital Co., for $70 million. The property, which opened in the mid-1990s as a Ritz-Carlton, will continue to be managed by Starwood. The ski resort offers more than 20,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor event space, a fitness center and the Remede Spa, which has 15 treatment rooms.
