Frenchman's Reef and Morning Star Marriott Beach Resort will undergo a $45 million renovation beginning in May. The property's 302 guest rooms in the main tower will be upgraded, as will the spa and health club, the outdoor common areas including the pool and water features, and the Windows on the Harbor restaurant. The tower rooms will be closed for the work, though the property's 80 other rooms -- which were renovated recently -- will remain open. The project will be completed in September. The resort has 60,000 square feet of meeting space.
