Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide unveiled its first in-hotel Cisco TelePresence meeting suites last week. The W Chicago City Center and the Sheraton on the Park Sydney (Australia) are Starwood's first properties offering the new facilities. Starwood's partnership with Tata Communications, announced last summer, will produce an additional two Cisco TelePresence meeting suites in the first half of this year at the Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers and the Sheraton Centre Toronto. The Westin Los Angeles Airport is scheduled to debut the technology later this year. Reservations for the telepresence rooms can be made using the Tata Communications online portal.
