The Hotel at 412 Williamson, part of Starwood's Tribute Portfolio, will open in Savannah's Historic District in July 2017. The boutique Georgia property will span an entire city block on River Street and, according to a release from developer Rockbridge, will serve as an anchor to the economic revitalization of the area, a traditionally industrial section of the city's riverfront.

The property will have 173 guest rooms, all with king-sized beds, as well as 4,000 square feet of meeting space. Other offerings will include a signature restaurant on River Street, a rooftop event space and bar, a fitness area, a pool, and a lobby bar.

"Working creatively with our partners and the city, our goal is to create a property that delivers the feel of a truly unique place, one that captures the essence of Savannah and pays homage to the culture of the area, while offering guests a contemporary experience," said Rockbridge CEO Jim Merkel. "We are excited to work together to raise the bar for hotels in one of the most charming cities in the country."
