 The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, opened yesterday on the top 16 floors of the 118-story International Commerce Centre. Features include three restaurants on the 102nd floor, and a chocolate-themed lounge called The Chocolate Library on the 103rd floor. In addition, the 312-room property includes a spa with nine treatment rooms, an indoor infinity pool overlooking Victoria Harbour and 13,993 square feet of meeting space that includes a 10,000-square-foot ballroom. The hotel, which is being touted as the world’s highest, is the brand’s 16th property in Asia and 75th worldwide.
