The Ritz Paris hotel will reopen in June, follow a multiyear head-to-toe renovation, overseen by renowned interior architect Thierry W Despont. The legendary property will have total of 71 guest rooms, including 15 historic prestige suites. It will also have six meeting rooms; three restaurants; three bars, including the famed Bar Hemingway; and gardens and terraces with retractable roofs and floor heating. École Ritz Escoffier, the hotel's famed cooking school, will now sport three demonstration kitchens, and the historic Salon Proust will offer Ritz afternoon tea. The hotel's signature spa will feature a new area dedicated to Chanel skin care, plus an indoor pool and a fitness center.
