In Denver's RiNo (River North) neighborhood, ground is expected to be broken in June on the 100-room Source Hotel, which will expand the adjacent, popular Source food market, according to local news outlets. To be operated by the same group that runs the luxury and very green St. Julien Hotel & Spa in Boulder, the project will add a second, 25,000-square-foot retail space at The Source, an indoor artisan market in an 1880s brick building that features restaurants, a butcher, a bar and a coffee shop. Opening in the first quarter of 2017, the hotel will offer a rooftop deck, a courtyard and a 300-space parking garage.
