Six Manhattan boutique hotels -- the 230-room Hotel Belleclaire, 158-room Washington Jefferson, 138-room Hotel Chandler, 135-room Gershwin, 114-room Iroquois New York and 105-room Cosmopolitan, all owned and managed by the Horn family -- make up a new brand, Triumph Hotels. The new company plans to add more hotels this year and to introduce a number of initiatives and programs, including the rollout of a brand-loyalty program and adding more meeting and event space to its properties.
