Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort in Orlando will build two new towers, adding 400 guest rooms, by 2017. The property, which currently has 1,800 rooms, will have a total of 2,200 when the new addition is completed.  This expansion, which follows the opening of Loews Sapphire Falls Resort in 2016, will bring the total number of rooms destinationwide to 5,600. Cabana Bay amenities include two pools, a lazy river, a 10-lane bowling alley, and walking proximity to Universal Orlando's theme parks and Universal CityWalk. Cabana Bay guests also get exclusive benefits available only to on-site hotel guests at Universal Orlando, including Early Park Admission one hour before the theme parks open and complimentary transportation to and from Universal Orlando's two theme parks and Universal CityWalk.
