The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites in Los Angeles has acknowledged that the hotel's four restaurants -- Lake View Bistro, Lobby Court Bar, Bonavista Lounge and L.A. Prime -- may have suffered a breach of credit card data from April to December 2009. The hotel recommends that any unauthorized activity be reported to the bank that issued guests' credit cards as well as to the proper law enforcement authorities, the state attorney general's office and the Federal Trade Commission. The hotel continues to work with investigators to identify the hackers.
