A multimillion-dollar refresh of the 448-room Westin Galleria Dallas has been completed, updating the guest rooms and suites, the lobby, and meeting spaces. The property's restaurant, the Second Floor, also was redone. 

"This refresh shows our commitment to providing each guest with a world-class experience and complete sense of renewal during their stay with us," said Greg White, general manager of the hotel. "Our guest rooms now include top-of-the-line features and amenities, while the lobby and public spaces have evolved to offer our guests a bright and airy welcome the moment they walk in the door." 

The guest rooms received all new furniture, including the Westin Heavenly Bed. In the lobby, there is now a "Westin Haven" community work table, along with computers and a printer for guests. Coffee is served at the new lobby buffet area, which features a cupcake "ritual" on weekends. 

The hotel's 54,000 square feet of meeting space has been modernized, and the wireless internet speed and capacities have been upgraded to 15Mbps basic service and 30 Mbps premium Internet service. A new private dining area, Privé, holds up to 80 people.

The Westin Galleria Dallas is connected to the Galleria shopping center, which features more than 200 shops and restaurants.
