Nashville's new convention hotel, the Westin Nashville, has opened for business.
Located in downtown Nashville's SoBro neighborhood, across the street from the Music City Center convention center, the Westin Nashville stands 27 stories high and has 453 guest rooms, not to mention a spa with nine treatment rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center with an indoor pool, two signature restaurants, and a locally inspired lobby bar and eatery. For groups, there is 20,000 square feet of meeting space, including prefunction space, a ballroom for up to 500 guests and 12 meeting rooms.
The hotel's most anticipated amenity, however, is its 200-seat venue, the L27 Rooftop Bar. The region's tallest rooftop bar, it features an infinity pool with cabanas for rent, a bar serving food and beverage, live entertainment, and a private space for events that will open later this fall.
"The Westin Nashville is going to set the bar for the city's hospitality industry," said general manager Ray Waters. "Our accommodations and amenities invoke the feelings of relaxation, excitement, and luxury. We hope to provide our guests with not only the service and comfort they expect, but an experience they will treasure for years to come."
