The 91-room Wylie Inn and Conference Center at Endicott College in Beverly, Mass., has completed a multimillion-dollar renovation of its guest rooms and meeting space. The waterside conference facility, which offers 17,500 square feet of meeting space with views of the Beverly Cove, is a member of the International Association of Conference Centers.

All guest rooms at the venue were redone; in the conference center, the head-to-toe project included upgrades to the available technology and a new look. Set on 10 acres, the inn's Tupper Manor, a Georgian Revival design, was constructed in 1901.

"The renovations look great, and we're pleased the improvements provide us the capabilities to better service meetings planners, Endicott College and the surrounding community," said Jim Merrill, executive vice president of owner Pyramid Hotel Group. "Not only do the upgrades improve efficiency, but they've tastefully modernized the space in a way that complements the historic architectural elements. That, coupled with the waterfront locale, private beach and incredible service, is what makes Wylie Inn and Conference Center at Endicott College one of the Greater Boston Area's top sites for events and conferences."

The conference center now features 75-inch and 65-inch Samsung Digital Interactive Whiteboards with ClickShare Software, and a new video wall in the Beverly Room with six 55-inch screens. The inn's amenities include a billiards room, lounge space and a walking trail to the beach.
