The Graton Resort & Casino in Rohnert Park, Calif., has wrapped up a $175 million expansion project that includes a new 200-room hotel with two new bars and lounges, a restaurant, and a spa and salon, plus 20,000 square feet of event space. The venue added 342,000 square feet of new construction overall.

The Sonoma County resort's owners, the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria, began the project in September 2015 to complement the gaming facilities that were already open. The new hotel is a six-story structure with an opulent lobby featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that offer views of the pool outside. The lobby and pool bars offer both indoor and outdoor seating.

The resort offers an expansive 30,000-square-foot outdoor space with the 7,000-square-foot pool surrounded by a deck and lush landscaping. The garden area connects to the new indoor meeting space, which can accommodate seating for up to 1,600 attendees.

The 10,000-square-foot spa and salon has seven treatment rooms, including private suites. Also on-site is a 2,000-square-foot fitness room.

The resort now has five restaurants in total, as well as a casino with 130 table games, 3,000 slot and video poker machines, and live poker.
