According to a survey released Monday by the Site International Foundation, 75 percent of respondents expect the number of incentive programs for which return on investment and return on objective are measured to increase in the next three to five years. Respondents belong to The Site Index, a database of global firms that run incentives. Index members, whose numbers stand at "about 100" at the time of the survey (the ranks have been steadily increasing since the launch of the index in 2008), are surveyed regularly by the Site Foundation. The full results can be reviewed here.
