The Incentive Research Foundation will release its 2017 Trends Study at Northstar Travel Group's Incentive Live event on Jan. 19, 2017, at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. The study will present key trends that will affect organizations, their products and services, and the workforce in 2017. The IRF also will offer ways businesses can leverage these trends to gain a competitive edge in a rapidly changing business landscape.
As 2016 comes to a close, the IRF is reviewing and analyzing trends in such key areas as:
• The responsive, predictive and transparent nature of technology;
• The changing role of rewards and recognition;
• The changing and challenging regulatory environment; and
• Safety perceptions and disruptions.
