The Motivation Show, the annual trade show for the meeting and incentive industry, is partnering with major associations -- including the Professional Convention Management Association, the Incentive Marketing Association and the Promotional Products Association International -- to expand its hosted-buyer program. Through the partnerships, the associations can invite a set number of members; Hall-Erickson, the show's organizer, hopes to qualify 500 buyers, double the number it attracted for its 2009 show. Among the benefits qualified planners will get as part of the program are hotel accommodations for two nights at the show and airfare, all covered by the show, not the associations. The 2010 Motivation Show will take place in Chicago Oct. 12-14
