According to a SITE Foundation survey of 505 U.K.-based incentive travel program participants, a substantial majority - 88 percent - said the reward made them feel appreciated. Other findings from The Participants' Viewpoint of the Incentive Travel Market in the United Kingdom show 86 percent of those polled believe their reward helped them feel recognized by their company and peers; 86 percent said incentive travel increased feelings of loyalty toward the sponsoring company; 78 percent said incentive travel created an increased feeling of belonging; 75 percent reported that incentive travel increased their trust toward the sponsoring company; and 71 percent said their reward let them experience something unique that they could not do on their own.
