AIBTM, the American version of Reed Travel Exhibitions' incentive, business travel and meetings portfolio, will rotate between Chicago and Orlando for the next four years. The organizers made the announcement a few days ahead of the second annual AIBTM event, to be held next week in Baltimore, the event's home since it launched last year. The move and rotation is meant to provide access to new business opportunities in two key gateway cities, according to the organizers. "We want to acknowledge and thank the great city of Baltimore for its invaluable contribution to AIBTM," said IBTM Global Events Portfolio director Craig Moyes, in a statement. "Following the lead of many associations in the U.S. that move their events to a different place each year, we will now have the flexibility to maximize the enormous potential delivered to AIBTM by both Chicago and Orlando," Moyes said. AIBTM will take place at Chicago's McCormick Place June 11-13, 2013, and at Orlando's Orange County Convention Center June 10-12, 2014. The event will return to Chicago in 2015 and head back to Orlando in 2016.
