The Hive Network, a new educational hub for suppliers, now is open to all suppliers, rather than just those with 10 years' experience. Among the offerings at the Hive is the Customer-Certified Sales Expert (CCSE) designation, earned through a series of on-demand sessions taught primarily by veteran meeting planners who belong to the Senior Planners Industry Network. Topics range from how to sell better at trade shows to how to form relationships with planners in today's marketplace and advice for crafting proposals. Suppliers who earn the CCSE recieve access to SPIN's private planner gatherings at industry events such as MPI's World Education Congress, IMEX and ASAE's annual convention.
