For the seventh year in a row, the United States was the top country for international association meetings, according to the International Congress & Convention Association. Germany came in second, followed by Spain, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Brazil, China, Netherlands and Austria. The ICCA rankings, based on meetings that take place on a regular basis and rotate between a minimum of three countries, were released to ICCA members Monday. For cities, Vienna, Austria, took the top spot, followed by Paris; Barcelona, Spain; Berlin; Singapore, Madrid, Spain; London, Amsterdam, Netherlands; Istanbul, Turkey; and Beijing.
