The Glasgow (Scotland) City Marketing Bureau and the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre have won the 2011 International Congress and Convention Association's Best Marketing Award, which recognizes excellence and outstanding achievement in destination or product marketing. The two organizations were honored for "The Glasgow Model" they created for support and partnership of the 2010 World Parkinson Congress. The winners were announced during the closing session at the 50th ICCA Congress, which took place this week in Leipzig, Germany.
