Detroit's Cobo Center will unveil its plan for a $300 million renovation today that is expected to include an overhaul of the 51-year-old, 2.4 million-square-foot facility as well as a 25,000-square-foot expansion of its riverfront Oakland Hall Annex, the latter to be completed in time for the North American International Auto Show in January 2012.
