The 65-room Eurostars Patios de Córdoba opened Monday in Córdoba, in Spain’s Andaulisa region. The hotel was converted from a historic property, and preserves much of the original architectural flourishes — such as the five traditional courtyards that give the hotel its name. The hotel has a small meeting room on-site and is within walking distance of many of the city’s tourist attractions.
