A 270,000-square-foot expansion of the Brisbane (Australia) Convention and Exhibition Centre opened yesterday. The five-story, US$170 million addition brings the facility's number of meeting rooms to 44; the center also offers a 216,000-square-foot exhibit hall and a 4,000-seat auditorium. The BCEC announced last October that it now offers free Wi-Fi throughout.
