The 397-seat Town Stove and Spirits restaurant opened last week at the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center in Boston. The establishment, a public-private partnership with the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority, includes a 90-seat outdoor area. The venture also marks the first collaboration since 1982 of two Boston chefs, Lydia Shire and Jasper White.
