Technology provider Alliance Tech released Intelligent Cloud Events on Tuesday, a new platform for small gatherings that offers check-in, badging, attendee-tracking and surveys. The cloud-based solution is designed specifically for events of 500 attendees  or fewer. Event organizers need only to download the app and can then import registration data and configure the rest of the app's offerings themselves. Each attendee receives an individual QR code with their confirmation information, which can then be used for quick check-in and session-attendance tracking.
