American Express Meetings & Events has teamed with event-app developer DoubleDutch to release a data-driven dashboard, a tool that combines Amex's event-data analysis with DoubleDutch's attendee-experience metrics. The dashboard, which can provide a snapshot view of activity for a single event or be used over the course of multiple events, tracks elements such as event cost, savings and length; attendee interests and satisfaction levels, and degree of interaction with the event app. As part of the deal, DoubleDutch's event app will be available directly from American Express Meetings & Events. The new dashboard is now available to Amex Meetings & Events customers.
