Attend Launches New App, Integrates With Salesforce
Event-management platform Attend released a new iOS mobile app to accompany the latest version of its software. The app pulls registration and attendee-profile data from the platform in real time, allowing marketers, salespeople, and event organizers to act quickly and share information as the event unfolds.
Specific features of the app include monitoring of attendee registration and physical presence at the event; VIP alerts to notify stakeholders when key attendees check in; snapshot view of attendee profiles, including Salesforce data; ability to create attendee favorites lists, and the convenience of instantly adding notes to contacts and lists.
Salesforce integration is a new key feature of the latest Attend platform update as well. Attend plans to offer both an Android version and mobile web version of the new app, but there is no set date yet on those releases.
