Meetings technology provider Cvent has partnered with to create a new, self-service support center, which launched Tuesday. "While our client-services representatives are always available to assist our customers," explained Cvent senior vice president of client services Manjula Aggarwal, "the new support center provides our clients with direct access, right at their fingertips, to an extensive database of information about our products, giving them the option to search for information or troubleshoot at their own convenience." The knowledge base includes step-by-step instructions, videos and downloadable guides. Clients also can open a case by submitting questions to Cvent experts, and sign up for online courses, in-person training or workshops to expand their understanding of the platform.
