Meetings technology provider Cvent filed an S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday, July 8, in preparation for the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The company plans to use the symbol "CVT" on the New York Stock Exchange; the number of shares to be sold and the price range have not yet been determined. Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs will act as joint book-running managers for the offering.
