Virtual and hybrid-meeting and multimedia technology supplier Digitell released its free Hybrid Meeting Tool Kit last week, an informational package designed to help planners determine whether and how to add a virtual component to their events. Included in the kit are research, articles, survey data, attendee feedback, case studies and a section on how to get started. Case studies are provided to reveal insight into topics such as how much to charge attendees, how to offer continuing-education credits, and 3-D vs. 2-D virtual environments. The tool kit can be accessed at http://new.digitellinc.com/#toolkit.
