Event app provider DoubleDutch has introduced a real-time audience-response system for its native app, allowing speakers to conduct live polling during sessions. “The feature provides another source of data that we can curate and deliver to organizers to help them make informed decisions about their events" without relying on integrating third-party apps or hardware, noted DoubleDutch VP of product development Lucian Beebe. Event organizers can determine when the poll goes live and how long it remains open; speakers can display poll responses in real-time via the app.
