Meetings technology provider Elite Meetings International launched AttendeeHub this week, a new, mobile-friendly event-scheduling platform. The software can be used for scheduling appointments, managing agendas and promoting engagement. The new platform was based on planner feedback regarding the company's FaceTime Appointment Scheduler, and was expanded accordingly. A matchmaking algorithm suggests meetings based on attendee-profile information. The platform was designed specifically for appointment-based events. "Even those meetings and events that don't currently offer appointments will almost certainly do so in the future because the ROI is so much greater when people meet face-to-face," noted Elite Meetings CEO Kelly Foy. "Efficient management of that element is key." The platform functions as a stand-alone application and will soon be available for use in conjunction with other event mobile apps and registration platforms.
