Groupize, the meetings-management platform, has completed its integration with expense-management platform Concur, which was first announced last summer. Groupize offers a streamlined solution for booking meetings, tailored especially for small meetings just as likely arranged by administrators and travel managers as by professional planners. By integrating with Concur, Groupize promises an end-to-end enterprise meetings-management platform that leverages the bulk of meetings data across an organization - including, ideally, small-meetings data that often goes untracked at corporations.

The Groupize Meetings app was designed using the Concur Travel Profile 2.0 API, and was built especially for the integration of data from meetings-and-expense platforms. Among the features of the platform are the ability to send RSVPs to Concur users for meetings, and to quickly create mobile-responsive registration websites and event-app sites; manage room blocks and push that information to Concur itineraries; allow attendees to book their flights and hotel rooms in Concur at any time; communicate with and manage attendees; manage rooming lists, flight manifests, surveys and orders; and, finally, to aggregate the meeting and spend data from Groupize and Concur.

Groupize is scaleable for organizations of any size, whether they hold three or 1,000 meetings per year.

"Today, simple meetings are decentralized and are mostly organized by travel arrangers and executive admins without tools, support, policies or oversight, exposing corporations to significant and unnecessary risk," said Charles de Gaspe Beaubien, president and CEO of Groupize. "Our solution is a natural add-on to Concur Travel and allows agencies and travel managers to maximize their investment in their Concur programs to finally bridge the gap between transient travel and meetings."

Groupize Meetings may also be combined with the Groupize Sourcing app, which adds the capabilities to book one to nine guest rooms; deliver electronic bids for sourcing venues; generate approvals and centralized contracts; and produce reports that detail budget, spend and savings.

Groupize Meetings is now available in the Concur App Center.
