MeetingMetrics, which offers a suite of survey tools to help calculate return on investment, announced Mobile+, new functionality that provides event mobile apps with access to MeetingMetrics surveys. Now attendees can complete any MeetingMetrics survey online via the event app, including pre-event questionnaires, on-site session evaluations and post-event surveys. Additionally, attendees have access to on-demand continuing-education certificate delivery. "Many of our meeting management clients want to provide their attendees with the conveniences provided by an event mobile app," noted MeetingMetrics managing director Ira Kerns, "but they also want the comprehensive, in-depth specialized survey evaluations, reporting and CE certificate services available from MeetingMetrics. Our new Mobile+ features offer meeting managers a combination of the best of both worlds." MeetingMetrics is interested in working with either meeting managers or event mobile app providers to integrate its survey tools.
