The Association Forum of Chicago recently hosted its Holiday Showcase, which attracted more than 1,385 attendees. The annual event began on December 14 with a well-attended opening reception, which was held at the Living Room Lounge at the Hyatt Regency Chicago and sponsored by Destination Cleveland. On December 15, education sessions included a keynote by Roger Dow, president and CEO of the U.S. Travel Association; a session specifically designed for CEOs; and a National Summit on Healthcare Membership and Engagement.

This year the exposition portion of the event debuted a new floor plan with a more open and navigation-friendly layout; a Digital Depot that provided the opportunity to try out new technology products; and a CSR pavilion, where attendees helped stuff more than 200 stockings for the North Lawndale YMCA. Holiday Showcase 2016 finished with a closing reception that took place at Hyatt's American Craft Kitchen & Bar and was sponsored by Source 4, Your Membership and Phone 2 Action.
