Newsline Research May 2012 pie column chartNinety-five percent of planners surveyed recently by M&C Research use online RFPs, at least sometimes, and they're not going that route just for small meetings: 52 percent report using such platforms when they need more than 100 room nights. And expectations are high for a speedy response. Nearly half expect to receive a proposal within one or two days of submitting an online RFP, and another 17 percent want answers within 24 hours.
