The Center for Exhibition Industry Research released a new report today on What Attendees Want from Trade Exhibitions. Its findings show that 69 percent of trade-show attendees come to shop, while 66 percent are interested in educational opportunities; learning about new products and having a chance to interact with experts also were among the top-ranked reasons for attending. Study results come from research originally conducted 10 years ago and repeated recently, using a panel of exhibition attendees provided by ResearchNow.
