The International Special Events Society announced the release of EventPilot, a free mobile app developed by ATIV Software for the ISES Eventworld 2011 conference, to be held Aug. 4-6 at the Union Station Marriott in St. Louis. In addition to networking functions, the app lets users manage, personalize and annotate the entire conference program, including presentation slides. "The Eventworld 2011 conference app will not only provide attendees an enhanced experience while at the event, but the networking and learning continue after the event with the wealth of information contained within the app," stated Silke Fleischer, CEO and co-founder of ATIV Software. "As the EventPilot apps are native to iPhone, iPad and Android, Internet connectivity is not an issue, meaning that even as conference goers sit on their flights home they can update contact lists and review and edit notes." The free iPhone and iPad conference app is available now in the App Store. The free Android app is available in the Android market. A version for BlackBerry and other web- enabled devices is available at http://tinyurl.com/Eventworld2011.
